The SB-244 DIN Rail PC is purpose-built for various industrial sectors, offering exceptional performance and reliability. In industrial automation, it serves as an excellent choice for robotic arm control, SCADA systems, and seamless integration with PLCs and I/O modules. For energy management and smart cities, it is optimized for solar monitoring, smart grids, and power distribution, boasting low power consumption and a wide operating temperature range. The SB-244 DIN Rail PC also supports flexible expansion and integration, featuring multiple expansion slots, including Mini PCIe, M.2, and GPIO connectivity. Furthermore, it is built with industrial-grade durability and certification, engineered to withstand harsh environments with shock and vibration resistance, a wide operating temperature range, and robust security features.
To cater for different industrial applications, the SB-244 DIN Rail PC comes in three distinct CPU configurations. The Elkhart Lake Celeron J6412 is an efficient, cost-effective option with four cores and 10W power consumption, making it a suitable choice for less demanding applications. For those requiring a balance between efficiency and power, the Raptor Lake Core i3-1315U offers six cores and a 15W power rating, delivering strong performance for more demanding tasks. The Raptor Lake Core i5-1335U, featuring ten cores and a 15W power rating, is the top-tier choice for intensive computing workloads. Both the Core i5 and i3 models significantly outperform previous generations, offering up to twice the performance of their Tiger Lake counterparts.

Designed for space-constrained industrial environments, the SB-244 DIN Rail PC offers a compact yet powerful computing solution. The Elkhart Lake SB-244-2J64 model features a 1-liter form factor, while the Raptor Lake SB-244-i3 & i5 models are slightly larger at 1.5 liters, all weighing under 1.8kg. Despite their small size, these units are equipped with extensive I/O ports, making them an ideal choice for embedded DIN rail and edge computing applications.Versatile Connectivity: Industrial-Grade I/O and Expansion for Reliable Edge Deployments
In terms of I/O and expansion capabilities, the SB-244 DIN Rail PC is designed to meet a wide range of industrial requirements. It includes multiple USB and LAN ports, offering up to six USB connections, including USB 3.0, and four independent LAN ports for secure networking. For display connectivity, it supports dual-display output, featuring HDMI (4K) and VGA (Full HD), allowing for high-resolution multi-display setups. Additionally, the series includes four COM ports (RS232/RS485) with surge protection and an 8-bit GPIO connector, ensuring smooth integration with industrial systems.
